Overview

Hive Health is a Leicestershire-based clinic bringing together chiropractors, GPs and health practitioners to provide collaborative, evidence-based care.

Previously known as Idyllic Wellbeing, the clinic approached Marshall & Co to develop a brand that better reflected their clinical expertise, science-led approach and growing network of practitioners.

The Challenge

While the clinic had built a strong reputation locally, the existing brand no longer reflected the direction of the business.

The name Idyllic Wellbeing suggested a softer, lifestyle-led approach, which didn’t fully communicate the clinic’s evidence-based treatments or the expertise of its practitioners.

As the business evolved into a hub of specialists working collaboratively, the founders wanted a brand that felt more credible, clinical and future-focused.

The goal was to reposition the clinic with a clearer identity that would resonate with patients seeking professional, expert-led treatment.

The Strategy

The project began with a brand discovery phase to understand the founders’ vision for the clinic and how they wanted to be perceived.

Through conversations with the founders and research into the clinic’s audience, we identified the need for a brand that balanced clinical credibility with a welcoming and supportive environment.

This strategic foundation informed the development of a new name, messaging and visual identity designed to reflect both the collaborative nature of the clinic and the science-led care at the heart of its treatments.

The Solution

The rebrand introduced Hive Health, a name that reflects a community of practitioners working together to support patient wellbeing.

The new identity communicates professionalism and expertise while maintaining a warm and approachable tone.

The new Hive Health brand positions the clinic as a modern, professional hub for health and rehabilitation.

Founded by Leicestershire chiropractor Sarah Fairhurst, Hive Health provides a supportive environment for people experiencing pain, reduced mobility or loss of function.

The refreshed brand and website now communicate the clinic’s commitment to science-based, person-centred care, helping patients regain mobility, improve function and return to the activities they enjoy.

The result is a brand that reflects the expertise of the practitioners while supporting the clinic’s continued growth.
