Blythman & Partners is a family-run group of veterinary practices with a long-standing reputation for compassionate, high-quality animal care.
As the business continued to grow, the team wanted to strengthen their marketing presence, communicate their services more clearly and support the long-term sustainability of the practice group.
Marshall & Co worked with the team to clarify their brand direction, develop clearer marketing materials and support the promotion of their Pet Wellness Plan.
The Challenge
Despite having an excellent reputation and loyal client base, Blythman & Partners had never had a dedicated marketing function within the business.
Many of the practice’s strengths, including their experienced team, range of services and preventative healthcare offering, were not being communicated clearly or consistently to clients.
The practice also wanted to increase awareness and uptake of their Pet Wellness Plan, a preventative care programme designed to support pets’ long-term health.
The challenge was to bring clarity and consistency to the brand while creating practical marketing tools that the internal team could confidently manage.
The Strategy
The project began with a brand workshop involving the wider team, providing an opportunity to explore the practice’s values, vision and the role the brand should play in communicating with clients.
Working closely with the founders, we clarified key messaging around trust, expertise and preventative care.
Alongside this, a social media strategy was developed to help the practice communicate more consistently online and share valuable information with their client community.
Training was also provided to the in-house team, ensuring they had the confidence, structure and guidance needed to manage their social channels effectively moving forward.
